History
I was born on November 15, 1986, to Mary and Walter Greenwood. I've lived in Pennsylvania my whole life, in a pre-civil war farmhouse set on 45 acres. I live with my parents, my brothers Alex and Ben, my sister Rebecca, and our many pets. I attended public school and did very well academically. I was always involved in the fine arts, mostly on an individual basis. The only art classes I ever took were at school, but I spent many hours at home drawing and painting. I became interested in computer-generated artwork when I first started playing
NeoPets, a virtual pet website with games and communities, in early 2000.
Interests
I am interested in music, animals, literature, computer programming, and web-design, as well as art. I started playing the violin when I was 7 years old, and I still play on a regular basis. Currently, 5 dogs, 2 cats, and 3 rats share our house. We also have bunnies, geese, a pig, 2 barn cats, and 4 horses that live outside of our house. As for literature, I have been reading classics since middle school on a regular basis. My favorite books include The Bell Jar by Sylvia Plath, Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte, The Blithedale Romance by Nathaniel Hawthorne, Rebecca by Daphne Du Maurier, Great Expectations by Charles Dickens, and many others. I have been interested in web-design since I started playing NeoPets, since the website allows you to make pages for your neopets and use html and css for other parts of your account. As for programming, I've always been interested in computers and have thoroughly enjoyed all programming classes that I have taken.
